At Amazon, he safely hired and onboarded more than 41,000 associates across 12 fulfillment centers in just 23 months, including 27,673 hires during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond the scale, the experience reinforced a lesson that continues to guide his work today: sustainable business performance is created when leadership, culture, talent, and execution work together in alignment.
